2.10.1100 Felony expungement.

Every defendant convicted within the Yurok Tribal Court of a felony shall have the same rights and obligations as stated above, however:
(a) The defendant may only petition this Court to expunge their record after a time period of no less than the amount of time they were ordered to be incarcerated or sentenced to probation by this Court. [Ord. 81, amended, 1/6/2023; Ord. 63, adopted, 12/6/2019.]
