The Court rules will be subject to modification without notice. However, once a rule is changed every member of the Yurok Tribal Bar Association will be notified of the rule change at either the last known mailing address or last known email address of the member. The Court rules will be available at the office of the Court Clerk. The Court Clerk will make free copies for any branch of government of the Yurok Tribe or for any member of the Tribe. All other persons requesting copies of the rules will be assessed a $10.00 fee per copy. The Court may waive this fee at its discretion.
