Law enforcement officers or any authorized agent designated by the Chief of Yurok Tribal Police who have a probable cause to believe that any real property contains any wildlife harvested or hunted in violation of this chapter have the authority to secure a warrant to enter real property to determine if wildlife was taken or hunted in violation of this chapter to the fullest extent allowed under the law.
