Law enforcement officers may issue a citation to any person for an alleged violation of this chapter. Such citation shall state the alleged violation, the date, time, and location of the alleged violation and the name, if known, of the person charged. The citation will also state the appearance date, address, time for the offense charged and/or an address (location) and/or phone number to inquire as to the hearing date.
