(a) This title shall govern all Tribal members and non-Tribal members, including nonmember Indians, participating in the Tribal fishery or the Klamath River Indian fishery within the Yurok Reservation, using Tribal fishery resources or Klamath River Indian fishery resources harvested within the Yurok Reservation, or fishing within the Yurok Reservation.

(b) The provisions of this title and all adjustments apply to the waters within the jurisdiction of the Yurok Tribe as specified in the Constitution of the Yurok Tribe. [Ord. 44 § 1005, adopted, 7/23/2015.]
