Following the Tribal Court’s disposition of the underlying civil action and all petitions filed under YTC 15.10.470, or, if no such petitions are filed following the expiration of the period provided in YTC 15.10.470 for the filing of such petitions, the Yurok Tribe or Tribal member fee land interest holder shall have clear title to property that is the subject of the order of forfeiture and may warrant good title to any subsequent purchaser or transferee.
