All right, title, and interest in Tribal member fee land that is subject to forfeiture vests on a pro rata basis in the innocent interest holders, if any, in that land upon the commission of the act giving rise to forfeiture under this chapter. All other right, title, and interest in real or personal property that is subject to forfeiture vests in the Yurok Tribe upon the commission of the act giving rise to forfeiture under this chapter.
