Civil forfeiture of an allotment interest is prohibited. Any person who commits an offense under YTC 15.10.060 through 15.10.090 and used, or intended to be used, in any manner or part, any of that person’s interest in an allotment to commit, or to facilitate the commission of, such violation may be ordered to stay away from that allotment for up to five years.
