15.10.070 Possession of a listed chemical with intent to manufacture.

A person commits the offense of possession of a listed chemical with intent to manufacture if the person:
(a) Possesses a listed chemical with intent to manufacture a controlled substance; or
(b) Possesses or distributes a listed chemical knowing, or having a reasonable cause to believe, that the listed chemical will be used to manufacture a controlled substance. [Ord. 82 § 4102, renumbered, 4/10/2023; Ord. 35 § 4103, adopted, 2/6/2014. Formerly 15.10.080.]
