(a) Claims of violations may be investigated by the Yurok Tribal Police, in collaboration with the Tribal archaeologist, NAGPRA coordinator, and the Tribal heritage preservation officer.

(b) Yurok Tribal Police Officers may issue citations to any person believed to have committed a violation of this chapter.

(c) Any person who violates this chapter may be subject to prosecution before the Yurok Tribal Court. [Ord. 22 § 11, amended, 9/9/2009.]
