Any person who damages, defaces, destroys, desecrates, removes, excavates, or otherwise disturbs cultural resources of the Tribe shall be liable for all costs and actions associated with or necessary to abate and/or mitigate effects to the cultural integrity of the Tribe and restore the property or landscape to the condition as it existed immediately prior to the damage as determined by the Yurok Tribal Court.
