Appropriate sanctions imposed under this chapter for the unauthorized use or disclosure of information may include a civil fine not to exceed $500.00 in addition to any disciplinary actions authorized under the Tribal personnel policies and procedures. [Ord. 50 § 10(3), adopted, 3/23/2017.]
