In all actions under this Code in which the YCSS provides services to a party or parties to the action, notwithstanding statutory or other authorization for the child support services program to release private data on the location of a party to the action, information on the location of one party may not be released by the YCSS to the other party if the Tribal child support services program has:

(a) Knowledge that a protective order with respect to the other party or child has been entered; or

(b) Reason to believe that the release of the information may result in physical or emotional harm to the other party or child. [Ord. 50 § 10(1), adopted, 3/23/2017.]
