Article VII. Support Payments – Location of Parents

(a) The Tribal Court may, upon its own motion or upon motion of either party, order support payments be made to YCSS for remittance to the person or agency entitled to receive the payments.

(b) YCSS shall accomplish the following for payments received:

(1) YCSS shall maintain records listing the amount of payments, the date payments are made, and the names and addresses of the parties affected by the order;

(2) YCSS shall promptly disburse any amounts received as directed by the order; and

(3) The parties affected by the order shall inform YCSS of any changes of address.

(c) Delivery of in-kind, traditional or customary support shall be made to the home of the child or elsewhere as the Court orders or the parties arrange. [Ord. 50 § 7.10, adopted, 3/23/2017.]
