A woman may be excused from submitting to genetic testing or from identifying or locating the father of her child when there is good cause not to reveal his identity or location. “Good cause” may include, but is not limited to:

(a) Cases involving domestic violence;

(b) Cases involving incest or rape; or

(c) Cases where identification of the father is not in the best interest of the child. [Ord. 50 § 6.4, adopted, 3/23/2017.]
