Unless it is shown to be detrimental to the welfare of the child, the child shall have, to the greatest degree practical, equal access to both parents during the time prior to the issuance of a parenting plan under YTC 13.25.020 through 13.25.130. [Ord. 50 § 5.3, adopted, 3/23/2017.]
