The Office of the Tribal Attorney, Yurok Publics Safety, and YSS shall adopt and implement standard child abuse and neglect investigation and interview protocols using a model Tribal or state protocol that shall implement provisions required by this title. [Ord. 46A § 1304, adopted, 3/24/2016.]
