Except as in accordance with the Yurok Tribe’s Supreme Ordinance, nothing in this chapter shall be interpreted as a waiver of the Tribe’s sovereign immunity from unconsented lawsuit, or as authorization for a claim for monetary damages against the Tribe. [Ord. 60 § 3006, adopted, 6/6/2019.]
