10.20.080 Request for exclusion action.
This section is included in your selections.
(a) An exclusion action under this chapter may be sought from the Council by:
(1) Any member of the Council;
(2) The Chief of the Yurok Tribal Police Department;
(3) The Office of the Prosecutor;
(4) Upon recommendation of the Yurok Tribal Court; or
(5) Upon recommendation of the Yurok Tribal Gaming Commission.
(b) A potential exclusion generated by prosecution or litigation in Tribal Court must be presented by the Court to the Yurok Tribal Council for approval before it can take effect.
(c) A potential exclusion generated under the authority of the Yurok Tribal Gaming Commission must be presented to the Yurok Tribal Council for approval before it can take effect. [Ord. 80 § 1201, adopted, 10/6/2022.]
