Upon proper notice and hearing, all exclusion orders of the Council shall be final and shall not be subject to review or modification, except at the discretion of the Council. Only recommendations of the Tribal Court or the Gaming Commission may be appealed to the Yurok Supreme Court. [Ord. 80 § 1401, adopted, 10/6/2022.]
