An order to exclude any person from Yurok Lands by Tribal Council shall be considered a major action. In accordance with the Yurok Constitution Article IV, Section 5, a major action requires approval by at least five members of the Yurok Tribal Council, including a vote by the Tribal Chairperson if needed.
