This chapter and Council’s power to exclude shall apply to all persons on Yurok Lands. However, Council generally shall not exclude anyone from traveling through the Reservation upon U.S. Highway 101 or on California Highway 96 for the sole purpose of passing through the Reservation. If an excluded person is allowed to travel through the Reservation, that person is not authorized to stop or remain in the Reservation for any reason. [Ord. 80 § 1004, adopted, 10/6/2022.]
