Domestic violence prevention funding is established by this chapter. All monies received from fines pursuant to this chapter shall be deposited into the Yurok Tribe Domestic Violence Relief Fund. The funds shall be used to make grants to any tribally recognized center providing services for victims of domestic violence as appropriated by the Yurok Tribal Council. To be eligible to receive funds under this section, a domestic violence center must meet the following requirements:
