A person who is found guilty of contempt for violating a Court order may be ordered to pay to the party initiating the contempt proceeding the reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs incurred by this party in connection with the proceeding. If the action is initiated by the Tribal Attorney, any such fees collected shall be deposited into the Yurok Tribe Domestic Violence Relief Fund established by this chapter.
