Upon the answer and evidence taken, the Court shall determine whether the person proceeded against is guilty of the contempt charged, and if the person is found to have violated the protection order, any or all of the following may be imposed for each count proved:

(a) A fine not exceeding $5,000.00, payable to the Court;

(b) Community service of up to 120 hours;

(c) Specified evaluation and treatment, upon a finding that it is appropriate;

(d) In the case of persons who are not members of the Yurok Tribe, exclusion from the Yurok Reservation for any period of time designated by the Court. [Ord. 62A § 1404, amended, 11/7/2019.]
