A person commits the offense of recklessly endangering another person if the person recklessly engages in conduct which creates a substantial risk of serious physical injury to another person or to themselves. [Ord. 64 § 2(2.4), amended, 4/6/2020; Ord. 23 § 2(2.4), adopted, 3/19/2010.]
