1.15.470 Monetary sanctions.
This section is included in your selections.
Monetary sanctions shall be automatically garnished from the elected official’s honorarium upon a determination that a violation has occurred and a determination of the sanction amount. Where this chapter does not otherwise identify specific monetary sanctions, such sanctions shall be imposed for any violation of this chapter as follows:
(a) For the first offense, $100.00;
(b) For the second offense, $200.00;
(c) For the third offense, $300.00;
