This section is included in your selections.

It is the intent of the Council that the provisions of this article be construed and applied in each instance, so as to accomplish the purposes of this article. [Ord. 72, renumbered, 2/11/2021; Ord. 32 § 6402, added, 9/5/2013. Formerly 1.15.250.]
